On November 10 Ralph and Sara Schechner gave a talk entitled “Metamorphic Objects” at the Broad Institute at MIT. The evening was part of the ongoing Catalyst Conversations: art + science in dialogue. Sara Schechner is the David P. Wheatland Curator of the Collection of Historical Scientific Instruments at Harvard University.

Disorders of Magnitude will be featured in "Embracing Space and Color: Art On and Off the Wall" at the Vero Beach Museum of Art, Vero Beach, FL, in 2015.

"Drawing Room", an exterior sculpture for the Mesa Metro Light Rail Main Street extension project in Mesa, AZ, will be installed in March of 2015.

In July Helmick installed Floating World, an anamorphic agrarian temporal landscape, at the BioRenewables Complex at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.

Ralph Helmick juried the 2014 Public Art Network Year In Review along with Cath Brunner, Director of 4Culture, and artist Janet Zweig. Their selections can be viewed in the Public Art Network database.

In January of 2014 Helmick installed Arbor at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, NY.
